Resilience skills workshop: Nurturing your inner strength

As 2013 draws to a close and we begin to focus on the year ahead, most of us will undertake some form of review and forward plan. Usually we focus on where we want the business to go, how we intend to get there, our product pipeline, resources including financials, staff etc. Many also build in self-development and training activities as without this there can only be stagnation in the long run.

I imagine few look in depth at what they themselves need on an individual and personal level, not in terms of skill-set for the business but inner strength and resilience to cope through the hard times.

Treat yourself this coming year by attending this valuable and worth while course.

  • Resilience Road SignAs you go about your day-to-day work do you feel like the goal posts are constantly moving?
  • Are the demands on you just piling up?
  • Does all of this spill into home and family life?

If any of the above is true, this workshop is designed for you and aimed at getting things back in perspective and feeling strong again from the inside.

It will reveal top tips for building resilience – finding where your inner strength lies and nurturing it; remaining true to yourself and learning how not to worry. It uncovers the challenges faced by delegates and how these impact on their life in general.  There will be discussions around how to become ‘stronger’ by modifying thinking and altering behaviours. You will leave with a personalised Action Plan of how to become increasingly more resilient in the face of on-going challenges and change.

Please note that due the nature of these sessions we have a maximum of 6 delegates only.

It is an intensive, no-holds barred day, you will be in control in terms of what you want to share with others. Delegates say it is

very powerful and empowering and allows them to feel more in control of the uncertain world we live in.

We run these workshops throughout the year – get in touch to find out when we’re running the next one.
